POSITION TITLE: Account Manager- Practice Transformation Specialist

REPORTS TO: President

Account Manager-Practice Transformation Specialist employee works from home, travels locally each day, and performs duties onsite at client locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Develop new clients in assigned area

·       Provide quarterly minimum checkup visits & assist clients with submitting Promoting Interoperability Attestation (formerly Meaningful Use) to Alabama Medicaid

·       Assist Medicaid clients with Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Attestations

·       Assist Accountable Care Organization (ACO) clients weekly with implementation of fee for service & cost savings strategies

·       Assist clients with Risk Analysis as appropriate

·       Submit weekly reports on hours and expenses and daily Salesforce data entry

·       Participate in weekly update and training calls

 

EDUCATION, PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

Two-year minimum degree with clinical experience, EHR Implementation experience, and value-based payment experience.
